Glue Folder® Options

Pressure Roller

Flattens multiple sheet mailers and thicker papers to reduce bulk and assure a positive glue seal.
 
 

 

Z-Fold Sealing Option

When a simplex-printed mailer requires two panels of concealed information, the Z-Fold Option takes care of it. Two panels of information are folded inside the mailer and the address appears on the outside panel.
 
 
 

 

Pocket Option

This option forms a pocket that can be used as a return envelope. Envelopes require a strip of remoistenable glue. Sheets of paper containing a glue strip may be purchased from forms manufacturers such as GLUE-FOLD.

The Pocket Option also lets you design forms with pockets of virtually any size. Pockets may be sealed shut using other finishing equipment or left open to hold inserts.

 

Third-Perf Option

The addition of the Third-Perf Option lets self-mailers be perforated on three sides. Removing the three tabs opens the mailer and detaches the third panel.

Had the third panel been a check, it would be ready to be endorsed and deposited.
